LDMax in your office - Monitor Types - Dayton Version and ChatGPT Version which one is better?

Good Morning!

I've done some customer service lately on customers that don't have good  HDMI 1920x1080 monitors and I just wanted to put out a best practice recommendation that I never did in 20+ years:

1) Use good 1920x1080 resolution monitors on your desktop and laptop computers.

2) Use 2 monitors on your desktops.

It's true you can survive with lower resolution but the program really does ALOT now and there's alot of information that needs to be shown to you at once so you can catch anomalies:

Cases need to show all jobs

Jobs need to show all charges, all events, all status and all notary events now. It's hard to fit all of that on a screen with poor resolution and if we standardize the screens, I can start making the changes that show you more information so you dont have to click on something to get it.

Most of you probably use 1920x1080 anyway - if you don't, I'd like to request that you move into this direction, the monitors are very cheap now and if your computer won't output to that resolution, its time to shitcan it and get one that does.

Professional-Sounding ChatGPT Version:

Good morning,

As part of my recent customer service work, I've had interactions with customers who were using low-quality HDMI monitors with a resolution lower than 1920x1080. This has prompted me to make a best practice recommendation that I should have made years ago during my 20+ years of experience in this field:

Use high-quality 1920x1080 resolution monitors for both desktop and laptop computers.

Use two monitors for desktops.

While it's possible to make do with lower resolution monitors, our program has evolved significantly and now presents a lot of information at once. To ensure that you don't miss any important details, it's essential that we display all the necessary information on a single screen.

For example, cases now need to show all jobs, while jobs need to show all charges, events, status updates, and notary events. Achieving this level of detail can be challenging with poor-resolution screens. By standardizing our screens, we can ensure that we display all the relevant information in one place, reducing the need for you to click through multiple screens.

Most of you are likely already using 1920x1080 monitors. However, if you're not, I would like to request that you make the switch. High-quality monitors are now affordable, and if your computer is unable to output to this resolution, it may be time to replace it with one that can.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards, [Your Name]
