It's in your status items and also on the screen where it says :
XX Status Items Not Approved - and also in your Edit Status Items.
To use it, you need an OpenAI Secret key from openai.com you just make an account there and paste the secret key into your Configure->General Setup->Company Variables screen at the bottom you can see the new ChatGPT section.
Then, you can use it like this:
